Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 September 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Jane Dowie in respect of The Nest Private Kindergarten (55501), situated at
176 Napier Road, Havelock North, Hawke's Bay.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
