Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 December 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Carol Webb in respect of Olive House Kindergarten (30260), situated at 644 Grey Street, Hamilton East.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
