Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 November 2007, which was granted under those Regulations to Barbara Daly in respect of Baa Baa's Place Early Childhood Centre (40223), situated at 10 Pascal Street, Palmerston North.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
