His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand
has appointed to the Securities Commission, as established under the Securities Act 1978
Simon John Botherway, of Auckland
as a member, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for a term of five years commencing on 16 February 2010 and expiring on 15 February 2015.
