has appointed to the Securities Commission, as established under the Securities Act 1978
Mark John Verbiest, of Wellington
as a member, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for a term of five years commencing on
1 October 2009 and expiring on 30 September 2014.
