as a member, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and as Commissioner for Financial Advisers, pursuant to section 79(3) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, for a term of five years commencing on
25 January 2010 and expiring on 24 January 2015.
