Pursuant to section 57 of the Judicature Act 1908,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand,
in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, has been pleased to appoint
The Honourable Anthony Penrose Randerson, Chief High Court Judge
to be a Judge of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand, the commission to take effect on 1 February 2010.
