Pursuant to section 4A of the Judicature Act 1908,
His Excellency the Governor General of New Zealand,
in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, has been pleased to appoint
The Honourable Helen Diana Winkelmann, Judge of the High Court of New Zealand
to be Chief High Court Judge, the commission to take effect on 1 February 2010.
