Pursuant to section 29(1)(b) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I appoint, under section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004
Timothy Patrick Ward
as a member of the board of Southland District Health Board.
This appointment will take effect on 14 September 2009 and ends on 5 December 2010.
