Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 6(2) of the Fire Service Act 1975, the Minister of Internal Affairs reappoints to the New Zealand Fire Service Commission
Dame Margaret Clara Bazley
as a member and chair for a term commencing on 1 October 2009 and concluding on 31 July 2011.
