Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 6(2) of the Fire Service Act 1975, the Minister of Internal Affairs appoints to the New Zealand Fire Service Commission
Rt Hon Wyatt Beetham Creech
as a member and deputy chair for a term of three years commencing on 1 October 2009 and concluding on
30 September 2012.
