Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 May 2000, which
was granted under those Regulations to Antoinette Pollard
in respect of Castor Bay Infant Care Centre (20474), situated at 14 Castor Bay Road, Castor Bay, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
