Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Gail Thomson
as commissioner for the Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate Senior, Middle and Junior Schools.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of the Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
