Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 October 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Royce Dewe in respect of Wanganui Central Baptist Infants and Toddlers (50044), situated at 289 Wicksteed Street, Wanganui.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
