Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice of appointment of a commissioner for Opononi Area School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 September 2008, No. 138, page 3757), and appoint
Chris Saunders
as commissioner.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Opononi Area School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day of publication.
