The Minister of Commerce has reappointed to the Standards Council
Richard Gordon Alexander Westlake, of Wellington
as a member and chairperson for a term commencing on
15 September 2009 and expiring on 31 October 2010.
This reappointment is made in accordance with section 28(1)(a) and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 4(1)(a) of the Standards Act 1988,
or any enactment which corresponds to, or replaces, the Standards Act 1988.
