The Minister of Commerce has reappointed to the Standards Council
Dr Sharon Lynn Kletchko, of Richmond
as a member and appointed her as the deputy chairperson for a term commencing on 1 September 2009 and expiring on 28 February 2011.
This reappointment/appointment is made in accordance with section 28(1)(a) and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 4(1)(a) of the Standards Act 1988, or any enactment which corresponds to, or replaces, the Standards Act 1988.
