Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice is given of the issue on 26 August 2009 of the New Zealand (Mandatory Fortification of Bread with Folic Acid) Amendment Food Standard 2009, which comes into force on 25 September 2009, except for Part 2 which comes into force on 31 May 2012.
A copy of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
