Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 September 2008, which
was granted under those Regulations to Theo Chapple
in respect of Apollo CrŠche (20025), situated at corner of Rosedale Road and Apollo Drive, Albany, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
