Pursuant to section 12(3)(a) of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000, I give notice of my decision to replace the
New Zealand Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy.
The Ministry of Economic Development will prepare a replacement strategy on my behalf.
