Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of UnitedNetworks Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2000.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of publication.
2. Change of name of requiring authority-The notice entitled The Resource Management (Approval of UnitedNetworks Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2000, dated the 20th day of April 2000 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 May 2000, No. 46, page 1013, is hereby amended as follows:
The name "UnitedNetworks Limited" is changed to "Vector Limited".
