Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1994.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of publication.
2. Change of name of requiring authority-The notice entitled The Resource Management (Approval of Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1994, dated the 18th day of July 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 July 1994, No. 75, page 2415, is hereby amended as follows:
The name "Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Limited" is changed to "Vector Gas Limited".
