Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Broadcast Communications Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1996.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of publication.
2. Change of name of requiring authority-The notice entitled The Resource Management (Approval of Broadcast Communications Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1996, dated the 2nd day of December 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 1996, No. 180, page 4726, is hereby amended as follows:
The name "Broadcast Communications Limited" is changed to "Kordia Limited".
