Pursuant to section 23 of the Statistics Act 1975, I, The Right Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that Tuesday, 8 March 2011, shall be the day on which the Census of Population and Dwellings shall be taken, and the time with reference to which the particulars shall relate shall be 12.00 midnight between Tuesday, 8 March 2011 and Wednesday, 9 March 2011.
