Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Rangiora District Court
on 17 December 2008, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1989 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. UX8473.
Against: Terry Kimley Jack Harrison.
1990 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. PN1992.
Against: Geoffrey Jennings.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 311 8060) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
