Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 November 2008, which
was granted under those Regulations to Kay Hyman
in respect of National Women's Family Playroom (20531), situated at Level 10, Support Building, Auckland City Hospital, Grafton, Auckland.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
