Pursuant to section 2(1) paragraph (e) of the definition of the term “domestic student” and section 4A(1) of the Education Act 1989, clause 2(c) of the Education (Domestic Students) Notice 2001* is amended by inserting, after
“unexpired work permit”
in that subclause, the words
“or a special visitor permit for holders of employer-specific work permits dismissed during a 90-day trial period”.
