Pursuant to section 207 of the Employment Relations Act 2000, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to appoint
Mark Eversfield Perkins, District Court Judge
to be a temporary Judge of the Employment Court for a term of two years with effect from 29 June 2009.
