Pursuant to section 206 of the Copyright Act 1994,
Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government
has reappointed to the Copyright Tribunal, as established under the Copyright Act 1994
Susan Rebecca Frankel, of Wellington
as a member and chairperson for a term of five years from 18 August 2009 to 17 August 2014; and
Paul Cargill Sumpter, of Auckland
as a member for a term of five years from 6 July 2009 to
5 July 2014.
