1. This is a notice of product rulings made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
2. Product rulings No. 09/03, 09/04, 09/05 and 09/06 were issued on 20 April 2009, to Reach Media New Zealand Limited. They relate to, respectively:
? the engagement of drivers to deliver unaddressed mail to pre-determined drop-off locations;
? the engagement of supervisors to provide supervisory services in country areas in relation to the delivery of unaddressed mail;
? the engagement of distributors for the delivery of unaddressed mail to households and other premises; and
? the engagement of supervisors to provide supervisory services in metropolitan areas in relation to the delivery of unaddressed mail.
The rulings will appear in Inland Revenue’s Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 21, No. 6, of August 2009.
