Pursuant to section 3 of the Court Martial Appeals Act 1953, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, has been pleased to appoint
David McGregor, barrister and solicitor of Auckland
to be a Judge of the Court Martial Appeal Court on and from 1 July 2009.
