Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 25 June 2009 of the Animal Products (Disposal of Non-conforming Dairy Material
or Dairy Product) Notice 2009, which comes into force on
29 June 2009.
Copies of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68–86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
