Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Jane Meares, Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 6 June 2009, The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, and The Honourable Anne Tolley, Minister of Education, gave an approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 for Marlborough Boys’ College Board of Trustees New Zealand to borrow $1.325 million from the Crown.
