I, David Anthony Campbell, acting pursuant to section 9(2) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, vary the designation of the Customs Port at Taharoa in the following manner:
The area at Taharoa that shall be a Customs Place is all waters inside a circle of radius five nautical miles centred on Ironsands Terminal Light L.FI.(2) W.20s (Number 4096 NZ Almanac Light List) intersecting a line drawn from Albatross Point 270 degrees true.
I further impose the restriction that the Customs Place at Taharoa may only be used for the purpose of loading titanomagnetite concentrate in bulk.
DAVID ANTHONY CAMPBELL, Manager, Central and Southern Ports.
