Pursuant to section 146 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby establish a contributing (Years 1–6) primary school to be known as
Papamoa East Primary School
at Golden Sands Drive, Papamoa, Tauranga.
The school will open for instruction for Year 1–4 students only in term one, 2011, with Years 5 and 6 being added progressively in each of the two subsequent years as follows:
? For the year 2011, the school will enrol Year 1–4 students.
? As from 2012, the school will enrol Year 1–5 students.
? As from 2013, the school will enrol Year 1–6 students.
