Pursuant to section 146 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby establish a co-educational school for Years 7–13, to be known as
Papamoa College
at Tara Road, Papamoa, Tauranga.
The school will open for instruction for Year 7–9 students only in term one, 2011, with Years 10–13 being added progressively in each of the four subsequent years as follows:
? For the year 2011, the school will enrol Year 7–9 students.
? As from 2012, the school will enrol Year 7–10 students.
? As from 2013, the school will enrol Year 7–11 students.
? As from 2014, the school will enrol Year 7–12 students.
? As from 2015, the school will enrol Year 7–13 students.
