2004, I reappoint to the Environmental Risk Management Authority
Dr David Maxwell (Max) Suckling
as a member and deputy chair; and
Dr Manuka Henare
as a member, both for terms of 13 months, commencing on 1 June 2009 and expiring on 30 June 2010.
