Pursuant to section 9(7) of the Marriage Act 1955, I, Simon James Power, Minister of Justice, hereby give notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as the Marriage (Revocation of Approved Organisations) Notice 1/2009.
2. The approvals for the organisations specified in the following Schedule are hereby revoked.
