In the notice with the above heading, dated the 30th day
of April 2009, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 April 2009, No. 57, page 1344, please replace the paragraph with reference to the Children's Commissioner with
- The Children's Commissioner (for the purpose of examining and monitoring the treatment of children
and young persons in care and protection and youth justice residences established under section 364 of the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989).
and insert
"This notice came into effect on 30 April 2009."
after the reference to the Inspector of Service Penal Establishments.
