Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Ashburton District Court
on 4 May 2009, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1996 Honda Accord, Registration No. DEJ91.
Against: Simeon Tarawhata Waaka.
1998 Ford Fairlane, Registration No. ZB2460.
Against: Dean Allan John Breading.
1999 Nissan Silvia, Registration No. EBL535.
Against: Steven James Brown.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 307 9060) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
