Pursuant to section 87U(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and to
a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
6 November 2007, notice is given that, having received an application from Vincent Aviation Limited, of Wellington, New Zealand, Martin Thomas Harold Matthews, Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, has granted the airline an open aviation market licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights between New Zealand and Australia, and between points in Australia, for an indefinite term with effect from 19 May 2009.
