His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 79(3) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, has appointed to the Securities Commission
Annabel Mary Cotton, of Hamilton
as the Commissioner for Financial Advisers, as established under the Financial Advisers Act 2008, for a term commencing on 18 May 2009 and expiring on 17 May 2010, or until an agreed date upon the appointment of a full term Commissioner.
