Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Dannevirke District Court on 4 May 2009, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1990 Nissan Laurel Medalist, Registration No. XY8539.
Against: Barry John Peters.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 374 4530) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
