I, John Henry Whitehead, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby vests under section 337(1) of the Companies Act 1955
(by virtue of the removal of McSkimming Industries Limited from the Register of Companies on 17 January 1990, pursuant to section 337 of the Companies Act 1955), one half-share of minerals registered in certificate of title CB7D/967, Canterbury Land Registry and one half-share of minerals in certificate of title CB7D/1140, Canterbury Land Registry.
