Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(b) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and
acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 July
2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Lorraine Mamea-Hind in respect of McKendrick
Early Childhood Centre (50518), situated at 112 Vivian Street, New Plymouth.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
