Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 20 April 2009 of the Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme – Verification of Contaminants in Bee Products for Export) Notice 2009, which comes into force on 1 May 2009.
Copies of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68–86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
