Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101(7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve Friday, 19 June 2009, as the closing date for voting in
the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for Snells Beach School Board of Trustees.
I also approve Thursday, 2 July 2009, as the date for the first meeting of the board of trustees.
This notice shall take effect the day after publication.
