Pursuant to section 65ZD(3) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Secretary to the Treasury makes the following statement:
“I, John Henry Whitehead, Secretary to the Treasury, on behalf of the Crown, under delegations from the Minister of Finance under section 28 of the State Sector Act
1988, gave guarantees under the New Zealand Wholesale Funding Guarantee Scheme in respect of the following persons on the following dates:

ANZ National Bank Limited
on the terms and conditions set out in the relevant guarantees appearing on the website of The Treasury at
www.treasury.govt.nz”.
