Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for ACC has been pleased to appoint
John Frederick Judge, of Auckland
as a member of the ACC Board for a term commencing on 13 March 2009 and ceasing on 10 March 2012.
