Pursuant to section 153 of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education makes the following amendment to the principal notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
6 December 2007, No. 136, page 3553.
The principal notice is hereby amended by deleting:
“This change of class is to be phased in over four years.
For the year 2009, the school will enrol Years 1–10 students.
As from 2010, the school will enrol Years 1–11 students.
As from 2011, the school will enrol Years 1–12 students.
As from 2012, the school will enrol Years 1–13 students.”
and substituting the following:
“This change of class is to be phased in over three years.
For the year 2009, the school will enrol Year 1–11 students.
As from 2010, the school will enrol Year 1–12 students.
As from 2011, the school will enrol Year 1–13 students.”
